Tap’d In can accomodate:
- 1-3 sixth barrel kegs
- 1-3 slim quarter kegs
- 2 half barrel kegs + 1 sixth or slim quarter keg
- 2 quarter barrel kegs + 1 sixth or slim quarter keg
Pricing & Packages
Just the Tap | $350
You provide the kegs, we provide the taps.
Taps and Then Some | $450
You provide the kegs, we provide the cups, ice, garnishes, napkins, and one serving table.
The Whole Shabang | $650
You provide the kegs, we provide the cups, ice, garnishes, napkins, one serving table, one cocktail table, and one 8x8 grass-wall backdrop.
*Pricing reflects 24 hour period and is subject to change. Grass-wall backdrop can be added to other packages for an additional $200.*

*Locations outside of a 25 mile radius from 37130 will incur a delivery fee of $100*

Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be servers onsite?
No, you and your guests will have the unique experience of serving yourself. Please drink responsibly!
Why is alcohol not included?
We are not currently licensed/insured to deliver alcohol. We hope to offer this in the near future!
How long will the kegs stay cold for my event?
Covered by our keg sleeves and filled with ice, kegs will stay cold for approx. 6-8 hours depending on the indoor/outdoor temperature. Please expect beer to pour with foam at any temperature.
What if there’s rain/inclement weather during my event?
We highly recommend keeping a pop-up/easy-up on hand to cover the trailer (we do not currently provide one). If inclement weather is expected, you are welcome to cancel your booking 7 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days ahead of your event date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Does Tap’d In fit indoors?
The trailer is 5.5 feet wide by 8 feet long and very easy to maneuver by hand. If your event space has garage/double doors, we should be able to fit it inside.
Why can’t I book Tap’d In through the week?
Chance and I both hold full-time jobs and are unavailable for Monday-Thursday bookings at this time.
